I've been wanting to do this 2006 Summary post ever since erm... last yr... nvr quite got around to doing it but hey, its here now!

2006 in bullet point.

- this is very strange but I have v little recollection of wat happened in the first half of the year... that is, my last sem in NUS/SH... trying hard to remember only brings me back to DnD when all of us goth-ed it up... and then... erm... nothing much else.

- oh yes, i got my worst ever grade D+ in my NUS career in that sem...

- taiwan grad trip with the guys was really really fun... and gay. beach vacation this yr anyone?

- 3 months of army (incorporating more than 30 days of leave lol) reminded me that as much as the SAF tries to portray itself as a world-class military outfit, it will always be bogged down by incompetent regulars of all ranks who simply cannot make it...

- lena's passing provided a wakeup call for me to this curious thing called life and its fragility(?)... when ur frends leave this way, are they ever replaceable?...

- the lack of logic behind deaths also pushed me, or rather cemented me, onto the path of atheism.

- fell in and out (and out and in) of love over the course of this yr... i need more! its so exciting.

- should i have omitted any other key events here, then maybe they aren't THAT key coz i cant remember them anymore. such is the beauty of memory.
